Kim Condon established Daystar Kids as New York State’s first and only Pediatric Respite Center specifically designed to provide a broad range of psychosocial, developmental, and health care supports for families of children with serious medical complexities. Click here to learn more.
Diane Tucker, cpa
Director of Finance and Administration
Diane earned her Masters in Business Administration from the William E. Simon Graduate School at the University of Rochester. Her career path has taken her across the world, where she has served as finance director for major corporations including Xerox, Eastman Kodak Company, and GE Capital. Prior to joining Daystar Kids, Diane spent five years as CFO at Villa of Hope, where she was instrumental in helping the agency achieve its financial goals.
Lisa DiDomenico, MS, Ed.
Preschool Education & Curriculum Director
A seasoned special education teacher with nearly two decades of classroom experience, Lisa leads the agency’s inclusive early childhood enrichment programs and preschool education services. Since joining the agency in 2014, Lisa has helped advance Daystar Kids educational programs for children with special health care needs. In 2019, Lisa introduced the evidence-based HighScope curriculum to Daystar Kids to ensure that children receive the individualized supports they need to fulfill their potential and successfully transition to school-age programs at age five. Prior to joining Daystar Kids, Lisa served as Director for Rochester Childfirst Network (RCN) and taught in an inclusive UPK classroom which was selected as one of the Rochester City School District HighScope Demonstration Classrooms.
Lindsay Rogozinski, MS, RN, ppcnp-bc
Health Care Consultant
As Lead Advanced Practice Nurse for Pediatric Complex Care at Golisano Children’s Hospital, Lindsay has dedicated her career to advancing coordinated care solutions for children with multisystem health care complexities and intensive health care needs. As the first Pediatric Nurse Practitioner within Pediatric Hospital Medicine, Lindsay helped develop the hospital’s Pediatric Complex Care Service dedicated to supporting the myriad needs of children with chronic and complex medical conditions. In her role as Health Care Consultant, Lindsay serves as the primary liaison to Golisano Children’s Hospital’s network of complex care providers to ensure coordinated and effective health care services for every Daystar Kid.
