Mary Erturk Shining Star Fund

In 2016, a special fund was created to celebrate all of Daystar Kids extraordinary alumni in honor of Daystar Kids Founding Director, Mary Erturk. It was Mary's tenacity and refusal to turn back on the children that made all the difference. The Mary Erturk Shining Star Fund will help Daystar Kids achieve the sustainability it needs to serve even more children in our community who need its support, no matter their ability to pay, because every child with special health care needs deserves a chance to play, explore, learn and laugh at a place like Daystar Kids.
